The Bell Lithium MIPS is an ECE 22.06 full-face road helmet built around the Lithium's polycarbonate shell, integrated sun shield and ClickRelease V2 outer shield. This Moto Central collection includes understated MIPS solids, graphic versions and selected Lithium MIPS+ packages with their own supplied shield and accessory specifications.
The MIPS system uses a low-friction layer inside the helmet designed to allow controlled movement relative to the head during certain impacts. It sits within the Lithium's everyday road platform rather than changing the helmet into a different riding category.
A ClickRelease V2 outer shield works with a separate drop-down sun shield. Pinlock preparation, insert inclusion and outer-shield finish can vary by product.
Four closable exterior vents allow airflow adjustment, while integrated speaker pockets provide space for a compatible motorcycle intercom.
Standard MIPS models provide the core helmet in solid colours and graphics. MIPS+ versions may add a graphic-matched premium shield, Pinlock insert or other listed extras. Always check the individual product rather than assuming every MIPS+ package is identical.
