A coordinated motocross kit makes it easier to match a jersey and trousers, with selected bundles also including gloves. This collection brings together adult and youth sets from Answer Racing, Leatt and Shot, so the first decision is not simply colour. Check exactly what is supplied, then choose a size combination that works with your boots and body protection.
What is included in a motocross kit?
Contents vary by listing. The Answer Racing and Leatt sets in this collection pair a jersey with motocross trousers. Current Shot bundles combine a jersey, trousers and gloves. A helmet, boots, goggles, knee protection and body armour are separate unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Read the product title and selected variant before ordering rather than assuming every kit has the same number of pieces.
Answer Racing sets
Choose among adult and youth Syncron, Arkon and Elite combinations. Compare the jersey and trouser sizes shown together in the variant selector, as the two garments need to work as a pair.
Leatt 3.5 Ride Kits
Adult, Junior and Mini listings make age group and sizing especially important. These are jersey-and-trouser sets, with other riding equipment chosen separately.
Shot three-piece bundles
Aerolite, Contact and RAW listings in this collection include a jersey, trousers and gloves. Check all three sizes in the chosen variant rather than selecting on the jersey size alone.
Adult and youth ranges
Youth, Junior and Mini labels are not interchangeable sizing standards. Use the measurements on the individual product page and allow for the protective equipment worn underneath.
How to choose the right fit
A motocross jersey should leave room for your base layer and any chest, back or elbow protection without pulling across the shoulders. Trousers need to close securely at the waist, flex freely at the hip and knee, and sit correctly with your knee guards and motocross boots. Once dressed, adopt a riding position and check that you can stand on the pegs, bend your knees and operate the controls without restriction.
Where a listing uses a combined variant, confirm the jersey, trouser and, where present, glove sizes together. If your upper and lower body normally require very different sizes, separate motocross jerseys and motocross trousers may give you more flexibility.
Buying motocross kits at Moto Central
Moto Central groups adult, women’s and youth kit options on one page while retaining dedicated ranges for easier comparison. You can browse kids motocross kit sets, compare Leatt motocross kits or see the current Shot motocross kits. Product pages show the exact bundle and available size combinations, which is the source to use when making your final choice.
Care after riding
Remove heavy mud gently before washing and follow the label inside each garment. Fasten closures, wash colours appropriately and avoid high heat unless the care instructions allow it. Inspect seams, closures and high-wear areas after use. Replace damaged gloves or garments instead of relying on appearance alone.
Customer questions
Does every motocross kit include gloves?
No. Current Shot bundles include gloves, while the Answer Racing and Leatt sets are jersey-and-trouser combinations. Check the exact product listing.
Is body armour included?
No body armour is included unless a specific product page states that it is. Leave enough room for the protection you intend to wear.
Can I choose each garment size separately?
Available combinations are shown in each product’s variant selector. If the required pairing is not listed, buying separate garments may be more suitable.
Are motocross kits suitable for road riding?
Do not assume off-road racewear meets road-use clothing standards. Check the stated certification and intended use of every item.
