Find motorcycle helmet spare parts for routine maintenance, replacement fittings and worn comfort components. From visor mechanisms and vents to breath guards, spoilers and padding, each part needs to match the intended helmet. Use the full model name, generation and part reference to identify the right replacement before ordering.

Identify the part before choosing a replacement
Visor mechanisms and fittings
Base plates, ratchets, covers and screws form different parts of a visor mechanism. Check whether you need one component, a left-and-right pair or a complete kit. Identify the helmet and visor model, and read exactly which fittings are supplied.
Vents, spoilers and external trim
A vent cover and a complete vent assembly are not necessarily the same purchase. SHOEI's NXR2 rear outlet, for example, specifies a cover, base plate and adhesive foil. Other helmet generations can use different contents and attachment methods.
Breath guards and chin curtains
These components occupy different positions around the helmet opening and need their own fitment check. Match the part to the helmet rather than choosing solely by its outline. Follow the manufacturer's fitting instructions so it sits correctly with the surrounding components.
Padding, peaks and visor accessories
Comfort liners, cheek pads, peaks and anti-fog inserts have separate specifications. Use the dedicated collections when you know which component is needed, and compare size, thickness or visor references as appropriate. The helmet brand is only the beginning of the search.
Build a clear fitment reference
Record the complete helmet model, including generation and any version suffix. Look for a code on the original part or in the manufacturer's parts diagram. Add the helmet size where the component depends on it, particularly for interior padding.
A photograph can help identify a location or missing piece, but similar-looking parts may have different clips, screw positions or dimensions. If a listing names several compatible models, check that your exact version appears rather than assuming the entire family is covered.
Check the assembly and installation method
Read whether the product is a cover, mechanism, fitting kit or complete assembly. Note any screws, adhesive pieces or paired components listed in the contents. Check whether the manufacturer treats the repair as a user-replaceable task or recommends specialist assistance.
Use the specified replacement and follow the manual. Do not drill the shell, cut the impact liner or alter the retention system to make a part fit. Stop if an apparently matching component needs to be forced or modified.
Routine maintenance is different from crash repair
A new spoiler, visor or set of cheek pads cannot restore the protective structure of a helmet damaged in an accident. SHOEI advises replacing a helmet worn during an accident even when external damage appears slight. Follow the applicable helmet maker's guidance rather than judging safety from the condition of the outer trim.
For ordinary wear, replacing the correct serviceable component can keep the helmet functioning as intended. Check the rest of the assembly at the same time so a worn fitting is not overlooked when replacing the visible part.
Go directly to the component you need
Compare motorcycle visors for outer shields, Pinlock inserts for compatible anti-fog lenses and helmet padding for removable comfort parts. For an external peak, browse helmet peaks and check the mounting hardware.
If the original part is no longer available, ask about the exact reference. A visually similar replacement should not be treated as a substitute without confirmed compatibility.
Help us identify the exact spare part
Contact Moto Central with the helmet model, size and any visible part code. Clear photographs of the component and its location can help us identify it; you can also bring the helmet to our Wolvey showroom.
