The current Bikegear collection at Moto Central contains one helmet-care product: a 125 ml helmet sanitiser. It is intended for routine cleaning and freshening rather than being a range of helmets, jackets, gloves or other protective equipment.
Using helmet sanitiser carefully
Follow the product directions
Read the container before use and apply only as directed. Remove loose dirt first and allow the treated area to dry fully before wearing the helmet.
Check material compatibility
Helmet interiors can contain several fabrics, foams and bonded components. Test cautiously on an inconspicuous area and do not apply the product to visors, Pinlock inserts or coated surfaces unless the instructions specifically permit it.
A sanitiser supports routine helmet care but does not repair worn comfort lining, damaged EPS or a compromised shell. Follow the helmet manufacturer's inspection and replacement guidance.
