In 2015–2016, SMK launched its premium helmet line under the SMK brand identity. These helmets were built with enhanced materials, better safety features and a refined aesthetic to compete on the international stage. The premium range helped SMK transition from domestic leader to global contender.

SMK now operates multiple manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and produces millions of helmets annually. The brand serves customers in over 50 countries, with full control over most production stages moulding, paint, component assembly and testing.
