Held celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1996 with a growing reputation across Europe and the United States. By 2005, the brand's Phantom racing glove topped performance tests, and in 2006, Held was named Best Brand in gloves by a leading European motorcycling magazine, an honour they would retain in the years to follow.
Innovation with Purpose (2009 to 2016)
In 2009, Held began integrating advanced waterproof membranes into their clothing. The 2010 collection reflected this technical evolution. By 2016, marking 70 years in the business, the brand released a new urban inspired line that merged retro aesthetics with modern performance fabrics.
Focused on Protection (2019 to 2024)
Held introduced a clip in airbag vest in 2019, followed by waterproof boots in 2020, making them one of the few brands to offer waterproof gear in every category. In 2021, they celebrated their 75th anniversary with continued innovation. By 2024, they launched a new generation of airbag vests, providing enhanced coverage for chest, back, ribs and shoulders.
