The Shark Skwal i3 Speed-Fancy is a full-face motorcycle helmet in Black / White / Orange, combining UNECE 22-06 protection with Shark's integrated active LED brake-light system. Shark reference: HE0816EKWO.

Front and rear LEDs use an integrated triaxial accelerometer to detect deceleration, so the helmet does not need a wired or Bluetooth connection to the motorcycle for brake-light operation. The system also offers continuous and flashing light modes, with up to approximately 12 hours of use from the rechargeable battery.

Questions and answers

Does the brake light connect to the motorcycle?
No. Shark's integrated accelerometer detects deceleration without a wired or Bluetooth connection to the bike.

Is the Pinlock insert supplied?
Yes. Shark lists a Pinlock 70 insert in the box.

Is an additional tinted visor supplied?
Yes. This colourway includes an additional iridium blue visor as well as the factory-fitted clear visor.

Can I fit an intercom?
Yes. Shark lists compatibility with Sharktooth® and SENA for SHARK systems. The intercom is not included.

Shark helmet size guide

Measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 2 cm above the eyebrows and just above the ears. Keep the tape level and repeat the measurement for accuracy. If you sit between sizes, Shark advises that the smaller size usually gives the closer fit because the comfort lining settles with use.
