The Riderr Vue is a compact Full HD motorcycle action camera designed to record journeys from a helmet-mounted position. Its Sony STARVIS image sensor is intended to retain clearer detail in low-light conditions, while loop recording, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and an IP67-rated body make it a practical choice for everyday riding and longer trips.

Choose Full HD 1080p recording at 30fps or 720p at either 60fps or 30fps. Footage is stored as MP4 video in five-minute clips, keeping individual files manageable for transfer and playback. If you want to view a complete ride as one continuous video, the clips can be combined afterwards using suitable editing software.

Recording and Storage

The choice of 1080p or 720p lets you balance image detail, frame rate and storage use. The 60fps option is available at 720p, while maximum-resolution 1080p footage records at 30fps. In loop-recording mode, the camera automatically replaces the oldest footage as storage fills, so save any important clips before they are overwritten.

Riderr states a maximum supported memory capacity of 512GB. A memory card is not listed in the current manufacturer-specified package contents, so check that you have a suitable card before first use.

Battery and Connectivity

The built-in 2600mAh battery provides up to eight hours of recording time. Actual operating time can vary with settings, Wi-Fi use, temperature and battery condition. The camera’s 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection supports real-time viewing, playback and transfer to a compatible phone or tablet.

Weather Protection

The Vue Cam has an IP67 rating and is designed to cope with rain, splashes and dust during normal riding. Make sure all charging and storage covers are correctly secured before use, and follow Riderr’s instructions for care. The rating should not be treated as a guarantee against indefinite submersion.
