Riderr NanoVolt USB-C Motorcycle Battery Charger
The Riderr NanoVolt is a compact one-way motorcycle battery charger that uses a compatible USB-C phone charger or power bank as its power source. It provides a convenient way to top up a motorcycle battery when a conventional mains battery charger is unavailable.
An intelligent charging chip regulates the output to help protect the connected battery, while a status indicator shows charging progress. Its small, lightweight format makes it practical for touring, commuting and emergency battery top-ups.
Key features
- Charges a motorcycle battery from a compatible USB-C phone charger or power bank
- Compact one-way charging design
- Single USB-C power input
- Built-in intelligent charging control
- Status indicator for monitoring charging progress
- Input voltage range: 5V to 20V
- Output voltage range: 3V to 14.4V
- Input current: 2A
How the NanoVolt works
Connect a suitable USB-C power source to the NanoVolt, then connect the charger to the motorcycle battery as shown in the Riderr instructions. The charger converts and regulates the incoming power to provide a controlled battery charge.
The NanoVolt is intended for battery charging and top-ups. It is not a jump starter, and charging speed will depend on the connected USB-C power source, cable and battery condition.
Ideal for
- Emergency battery top-ups away from a conventional mains charger
- Touring and commuting where compact equipment is useful
- Using a compatible USB-C wall charger or sufficiently charged power bank as the power source
Questions and answers
Does the NanoVolt charge a phone?
No. Power flows one way from a compatible USB-C charger or power bank into the motorcycle battery.
Is it a jump starter?
No. The NanoVolt provides a controlled charge and cannot deliver the high current required to jump-start an engine.
Can any power bank be used?
The power source must provide a compatible USB-C output within the charger's stated 5V to 20V input range. Follow the Riderr instructions and the power-source manufacturer's guidance.
