The Merlin Bamford AAA D3O Cotec Jacket Black is a CE Level AAA tech-wax motorcycle jacket for riders who want heritage styling with modern protection and dependable all-weather performance. Its longer, practical cut is suited to everyday riding and touring through changing seasons.

Materials and weather protection

The jacket uses exclusive 8oz Halley Stevensons® Cotec tech waxed cotton with Cordura® reinforced interlining panels and a Humax® Active waterproof and breathable membrane. A removable 125g full-body thermal satin lining adds warmth, while front and rear vents provide airflow when temperatures rise.

Protection and storage

D3O® LP1 shoulder and adjustable elbow armour and a D3O® Viper Air large back protector are pre-fitted. D3O® CP chest protector pockets provide room for additional armour. Cargo pockets, rear storage, magnetic hand-warmer pocket closures and British Marton Mills® tartan trims add everyday practicality.
