LS2 OF618 Verso II Outer Visor Ratchet Kit and Screws

Genuine LS2 replacement mounting mechanism for the external face shield on the LS2 OF618 Verso II open-face helmet. This kit is supplied as the visor ratchet system and screws under LS2 part number 806618RSS01.

Compatibility

• Fits: LS2 OF618 Verso II helmets.
• Helmet generation: OF618 Verso II only. Compatibility with the earlier Verso generation or other LS2 open-face helmets is not confirmed.
• Helmet sizes: LS2 lists the OF618 Verso II in three shell-size groups, 2XS-S, M-L and XL-3XL. This mechanism is supplied under one part number rather than by helmet size.

Component identification

• This is the mounting and pivot mechanism for the external main visor.
• It is not the helmet's micrometric chin-strap ratchet buckle.
• It does not include the outer visor blade, internal drop-down sun visor blade, sun-visor mechanism or Pinlock insert.
• For reference, LS2 lists internal sun visor blade 806807SVI11 and Pinlock 70 insert 800400042 separately for the OF618 Verso II.

Fitting

Compare the helmet model code and the existing mechanism before fitting. Install both sides correctly, tighten the supplied fasteners only as specified by LS2, then check that the visor opens, closes, locks and releases evenly before riding. Seek professional assistance if the mounting points or helmet shell are damaged.
