LS2 OF616 Airflow II Outer Visor Ratchet Kit

Genuine LS2 replacement ratchet and mounting mechanism kit for the external visor on the LS2 OF616 Airflow II open-face helmet. This is LS2 part reference 806616RSS01.

Compatibility

• Compatible helmet: LS2 OF616 Airflow II ECE 22.06
• Shell-size group: LS2 lists one helmet shell covering sizes XS-3XL. The same mechanism reference is listed for the OF616 Airflow II range.
• Visor system: For the OF616 Airflow II quick-release external visor mounting system.
• Not confirmed for: Earlier LS2 Airflow helmet generations or other LS2 open-face helmet models.

Important Component Information

This kit contains the replacement mounting and ratchet hardware used at the sides of the helmet to secure and operate the external visor. It is not the external visor blade itself and it is not the helmet's micrometric chin-strap ratchet buckle. It is also not an internal sun visor or an anti-fog insert.

Choose the replacement outer visor separately by its OF616 reference and required finish. LS2's current OF616 accessory table does not list a model-specific Pinlock insert, so another LS2 insert should not be assumed to fit.

Fitting Guidance

Check the helmet model label and compare the supplied parts with the original mechanism before fitting. Install both sides evenly, confirm that all fixings are secure and test that the visor opens, closes and locks correctly before riding. If the helmet shell, mounting points or visor are damaged, seek professional inspection.
