• Fits: LS2 MX436 Pioneer and MX436 Pioneer Evo outer visors equipped with the correct Pinlock mounting pins.
• Part reference: 800400022.
• Pinlock profile: DKS198.
• Performance level: Pinlock 70 MaxVision, clear.
• Size selection: this insert is selected by the DKS198 visor system, not by helmet size. Distributor documentation lists one insert reference and does not identify separate shell-size versions.
• Not confirmed for: MX702 Pioneer II or other helmets carrying the Pioneer name. The later MX702 is a different helmet generation and should not be selected by name alone.

Pinlock insert identification

This is the flexible anti-fog lens fitted to the inside of the compatible pinned outer visor. It is not a replacement outer visor and it is not an internal sun visor. MaxVision describes the wider lens format designed to sit within the visor's prepared recess.

Installation and care

Check that the fitted outer visor is Pinlock-ready and uses the DKS198 profile before installation. Ensure the silicone seal contacts the visor evenly. Clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, allow it to air dry, and avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol and solvents.
