LS2 FF808 Stream II Internal Sun-Visor Mechanism

This genuine LS2 replacement mechanism operates the drop-down internal sun visor in the LS2 FF808 Stream II full-face helmet. Manufacturer reference: 806808SVS01.

This is the sun-visor system or mechanism inside the helmet. It should not be confused with the replaceable tinted sun-visor blade itself.

Compatibility

• Confirmed fit: LS2 FF808 Stream II.
• Helmet shell groups: 2XS-S, M-L and XL-3XL. This mechanism is supplied by exact reference rather than as a helmet-size or colour option.
• Not confirmed for: the earlier LS2 FF320 Stream or the FF818 Storm III. Similar helmet names do not establish mechanism compatibility.

Visor System Clarification

• This product is the mechanism for the drop-down internal sun visor.
• It is not the tinted internal sun-visor blade. LS2 lists FF808 Stream II sun-visor blades separately under references 800800SVI01 and 806807SVI11.
• It is not an external face shield. FF808 Stream II outer visors use the 806808VIS series.
• It is not a Pinlock anti-fog insert. LS2 lists the separate Pinlock 70 insert under reference 800400034.
• It is unrelated to the chin-strap micrometric ratchet buckle.

Fitting

Check the existing sun-visor blade, slider and mounting points before ordering so the failed component is identified correctly. After fitting, confirm that the internal visor lowers and retracts smoothly without contacting the outer visor or the rider's face. Seek professional fitting if the helmet must be dismantled beyond the manufacturer's service guidance.
