Icon Variant / Variant Pro Pinlock ProtecTINT Insert

Light-sensitive Pinlock anti-fog insert for the Pinlock-prepared Precision Optics outer shield used on Icon Variant and Variant Pro helmets. The insert changes between a clearer and darker tint in response to available light. Manufacturer reference: 0130-0708.

Compatibility

• Fits helmet models: Original Icon Variant and Icon Variant Pro.
• Shield requirement: The helmet must use the compatible Pinlock-prepared Precision Optics outer shield with locating pins.
• Size: One size. No helmet shell-size split applies.
• Part type: Light-sensitive Pinlock anti-fog insert fitted to the inside of the shield.
• Not an outer visor: This insert does not replace the helmet's protective outer shield and cannot be used on its own.
• Finish: ProtecTINT clear to tinted insert.

This insert will not mount to a standard non-pinned shield. Light-reactive performance depends on light and UV exposure, so it may not darken behind some windscreens.
