HJC DKS295 Pinlock 70 MaxVision Clear Insert for XD-16 C80

A Pinlock 70 MaxVision anti-fog insert shaped specifically for the Pinlock-prepared HJC XD-16 outer visor.

Compatibility

• Fits: Pinlock-prepared XD-16 outer visors used by the HJC C80 helmet.
• Product code: DKS295.
• Visor requirement: the XD-16 outer visor must have the correct Pinlock mounting pins. This insert cannot be fitted to an unprepared or unpinned visor.
• Does not fit: XD-14 V90 or XD-15 i40/i40N outer visors, which require different insert shapes.
• Shell sizes: one DKS295 insert is used across compatible C80 helmet sizes.

This is the flexible insert fitted inside the outer visor. It is not a replacement XD-16 outer visor, the helmet's IS-08 internal sun visor, removable peak or visor mechanism.

Lens use

The clear insert is intended for all-day use and preserves the untinted view through the compatible outer visor.

Care

Handle the soft moisture-absorbing insert carefully. Clean it with lukewarm water and, if required, a small amount of mild liquid soap using a damp, non-abrasive cloth, then allow it to dry naturally.
