Compatibility
- Part type: Dark smoke HJC HJ-17 outer visor with Pinlock mounting pins. This is the face shield, not a Pinlock insert or internal sun visor.
- Compatible helmets: HJC CL-MAX II, IS-MAX BT, SY-MAX III, IS-MAX II, CL-MAX 3, C90, C91 and C91N.
- Pinlock insert: Accepts the HJC DKS088 insert, sold separately. The outer visor itself is not an anti-fog insert.
- Generation check: HJ-17R for the FG-JET and IS-33 II, and HJ-17J for the CL-JET and IS-33, are different visor systems and are not interchangeable with HJ-17.
- Sizing and use: One visor size serves the compatible helmet shell sizes. Dark smoke is intended for bright conditions and is not legal for UK public-road use.
