The Held Slade 2 in Black is a one-piece leather race suit for track-day and sports riders who want a close, performance-focused fit with comprehensive impact protection. This is Held colour code 01, with the Slade II family's cowhide and kangaroo leather construction, ventilation and stretch features.

Who is the Held Slade 2 for?

This summer race-spec suit is designed for riders who spend time in a sports riding position and want a highly protective one-piece garment for fast road riding or track days. Its shaped construction, racing hump, stretch zones and anti-slip knee grip support movement and stability on the motorcycle.

What is supplied?

One Held Slade 2 one-piece suit with its detachable lining, fitted shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and back protectors, titanium protectors and knee sliders. The Held eVest, eVest PRO, chest protector and rib protector are not supplied.

Compatible optional protection

The suit is prepared for the Held eVest and eVest PRO. It also has provision for Held's optional racing chest protector, article 092520, and optional rib protector, article 092228. Confirm current accessory availability before ordering.

Held Slade 2 questions

Is the Held Slade 2 waterproof?

No. It has no waterproof membrane and is intended as a ventilated summer leather suit.

Does it include a back protector?

Yes. A SAS-TEC back protector certified to EN 1621-2:2014 is fitted as standard.

Are the chest and rib protectors included?

No. The compatible Held chest and rib protectors are optional accessories.

What is the difference between the fit options?

Regular is Held's standard body length. Short options use Held codes 25–30 with shorter inside legs, while Slim options use Held codes 98–110 with longer inside legs. Use the Held code and measurements above rather than relying only on the display label.
