The Biltwell Helmet Gen 2 Hardware Kit includes two screws and two washers, providing all the necessary components for a quick and easy upgrade. For proper installation, apply one drop of medium-strength blue Loc-Tite to the threads of each screw during installation. Align the index bumps on the back side of the washers with their corresponding slots on the plastic hinge spacer behind the shield, and hold the washer carefully in position while tightening the screw. A coin or short straight-slot screwdriver works perfectly for this task. It is crucial to avoid overtightening the screws. These small details can make a significant difference, allowing you to create a unique and personalised look for your Biltwell helmet, adding a bold statement to your ride.

• Reference: Biltwell distributor reference 913353, red. This is an unsized kit and is selected by the shield hinge and spacer layout, not helmet size, shell group or comfort-liner thickness.
• Kit contents: two stainless-steel pivot screws and two red-finish indexed washers. The plastic shield baseplates, hinge spacers and outer face shield are separate parts.
• Generation distinction: this supplier-listed Gen 2 hardware kit must not be confused with Biltwell's Gen 1 two-piece baseplate pair or Gen 2 four-piece baseplate conversion kit. Check the existing hinge layout before ordering.
• Does not fit: Biltwell Tahoe. No compatibility is claimed for Gringo, Gringo SV or Lane Splitter systems that do not use this indexed washer and hinge-spacer arrangement.
