• Confirmed helmet fitment: Bell Lithium Mips+ full-face helmets using the generation-specific Click Release V2 Pinlock Shield Plus system.
• Reference and size: Bell 40572-460-OS, Sunburst. This is a one-size outer shield across the Lithium Mips+ helmet range and its three documented shell sizes.
• Generation distinction: Do not use this Shield Plus part to replace the outer shield on the earlier Lithium or Lithium Mips. Those helmets use the separate original ClickRelease V2 outer-shield families 36154, 39142 and 39143.
• Part distinction: This is the complete external face shield. It is not the shared 36162 internal drop-down shield, a Pinlock anti-fog insert, tear-off film or hinge plate.
• Pinlock note: Pinlock-ready means that the outer shield has mounting points for the appropriate insert. The insert supplied with some complete Lithium Mips+ helmets is a separate component and is not documented as included with this replacement shield.
• Do not infer compatibility with Qualifier, Qualifier DLX, RS-2 or other Bell helmets from the ClickRelease name alone. Match the helmet generation and Bell part family before ordering.
