Bell 37078 ClickRelease Pinlock-Ready Outer Visor Clear

A genuine Bell clear replacement outer visor for helmets using the original ClickRelease visor system. Its tool-free pivots allow the visor to be removed and refitted without dismantling the helmet mechanism.

Compatibility

• Fits Bell Qualifier, Qualifier DLX and RS-2 helmets using the original ClickRelease visor system.
• Reliable Bell accessory documentation also identifies the original RS-1, Vortex, Revolver and pre-2016 Star as members of this ClickRelease family.
• Does not fit later Bell Star helmets using the Panovision system, the Star 02, or Bell Lithium helmets using ClickRelease V2.
• Do not substitute Bell ClickRelease V2 visor reference 36154. Similar naming does not indicate that the two generations are interchangeable.
• This is a one-size visor selected by visor mechanism, not by helmet size, cheek-pad thickness or shell group.

Pinlock clarification

• Reference 37078-012OS is the clear outer visor with Pinlock mounting pins.
• It is Pinlock-ready, but it is not the flexible inner anti-fog insert.
• The Pinlock insert is a separate item and is not included. Pinlock identifies DKS133 as the matching insert code for the Bell Qualifier visor with three-component pins.
• Always match the insert code and pin layout before fitting, particularly on older ClickRelease helmets.
