The “III” code identifies the headliner shape used by the M/L size group. The 12 mm measurement is the padding thickness and does not mean a 12 mm cheek pad. This thicker liner can reduce available crown space compared with the standard thinner liner, so match both the III code and thickness printed on the original headliner before ordering.

Generation and component identification

This listing is for the earlier Tour-X4 platform. It is not documented for the ECE 22.06 Tour-X5, which uses a different interior system. The part replaces the removable crown headliner only and does not include cheek pads, neck roll, EPS impact liner, chin curtain, outer visor, peak or Pinlock insert.

Fitting guidance

Remove and refit the liner using the helmet's original fastening points without pulling on the fabric. After installation, check that every fastener is secure and that the helmet remains evenly snug without pressure points.
